Project Description

We have taken a very pessimistic assumption that the tax at thirty-two percent (32%), principal at ₦ 1,437,660,700.00, tenor of sixty (60) months and interest at twenty-five percent (25%) with a moratorium of twelve (12) months. The capacity of the proposed plant is ten thousand (10,000) litres per day and the plant would operate at eighty percent (80%) of the installed capacity for triple (3) shifts of eight (8) hours each per for three (300) working days per annum. The plant would require three hundred and sixty-seven thousand, two hundred (367,200) litres of base Oil (SN 150) and forty point eight (40.8) tons of additives bi-monthly. The plant would require different sizes of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) plastic containers for packaging. Fifty percent (50%) of the products produced would be packaged in one (1) litre container representing two hundred thousand (200,000) pieces, thirty percent (30%) in four (4) litres container representing thirty thousand (30,000) and twenty percent (20%) in twenty-five (25%) containers representing three thousand two hundred (3,200) bi-monthly. Selling price of three thousand, two hundred naira (₦ 3,200) per piece for one (1) litre of lubricant oil, twelve thousand naira (₦ 12,000) per piece of four (4) litres of lubricant oil and seventy-five thousand naira (₦ 75,000) per piece of twenty-five (25) litres of lubricant oil was assumed. The ex-site cost price of two thousand, one hundred naira (₦ 2,100) per litre, three million, three hundred and sixty thousand (₦ 3,360,000) per ton, two hundred and forty naira (₦ 240), seven hundred and twenty naira (₦ 720) and four thousand, two hundred and fifty naira (₦ 4,250) was assumed for base Oil (SN 150), additive, one (1) litre High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) plastic containers, four (4) litre High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) plastic containers and twenty-five (25) litre High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) plastic containers respectively.
